AES Credit UCO CJSC was founded on 15.10.2019 by decision No. 1 of the founding meeting of shareholders.The company was registered and licensed by the Central Bank of Armenia under decision No. 181 A on 22.11.2019.The company was granted credit organization license No. 51.In accordance with the license issued by the Central Bank of Armenia, the company carries out financial operations as defined by the Law on Credit Organizations of the Republic of Armenia and its charter.
