Mission
The mission of our organization is to contribute to the development of various sectors of the economy by promoting micro, small, and medium entrepreneurial activities.Based on the goals of its mission, AES Credit UCO will carry out all activities characteristic of and permitted to credit organizations.In providing services to our customers, we have adopted the following values.
Accessibility
Our organization plans to establish a wide network of regional branches to make its services accessible to a broader customer base.It is planned to open branches in the regional centers of the Republic of Armenia to serve the annually growing number of customers.
Comfort
The proposed financial operations will be conducted both in local currency and foreign currencies in compliance with the current legislation.Each branch or representative office is equipped with modern technologies necessary for high-quality service.
Effective Management
According to the policy adopted by the management, the main approach to human resources management in our organization is "knowledge transfer," rather than "management."From the perspective of financial management, the conditions for the allocation of funds will align with market demands while also maintaining competitive advantages.To achieve effective management of assets and liabilities, our organization plans to allocate free monetary resources to government bonds.
Training and Development
To enhance the knowledge level of our organization's leaders and employees, improve work efficiency, strengthen our organization's market position, introduce new products, and stay informed about market innovations, regular training sessions will be organized both in the Republic of Armenia and abroad.

Customer Service
Special attention will be paid to the fast and high-quality service of customers.Written complaints from our organization's customers will receive the attention of the respective branch manager, who will in turn present the complaint to the executive director.If necessary, the management will meet with the customer to thoroughly understand the issue.All employees will be required to adhere to high standards of ethics, which will pertain to clothing and appearance as well as relationships with colleagues and customers.
