What skills are we looking for?

  • Higher education in economics or finance
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a bank as a business and/or consumer loan specialist
  • Excellent knowledge of RA banking legislation and lending processes
  • Strong analytical and flexible thinking
  • Proficiency in Russian and English

What will you be doing?

  • Customer acquisition
  • Providing consultations on the lending process
  • Actively selling financial products
  • Accepting applications and assessing creditworthiness
  • Selecting and evaluating collateral objects
  • Preparing and submitting reports
  • Monitoring customer payments
